My Life as a Photographer

Life’s a journey and an adventure, make memories from it! ~ Grace Tiberend

Hey reader, welcome to my photography spot!

I am a freelancing photographer and writer who’s always on the lookout for new photo shoots and a new story. The world is full of insparation— we just have to have our eyes open wide enough to see it! I hardly go anywhere without my Canon Rebel or Nikon Coolpix or pen and paper, so as not to miss a moment of it! (That includes two road trips across the States and Canada.) I am avid about history, so I mainly write Historical Fiction and WWII novels and poems.
Besides that; I absolutely adore the outdoors, (including the mountains of Alaska where I live!) animals (I have two chocolate labs and a cat) sports ( it changes depending on where I’m living), dance (including baton, tap and figure skating) spreading the love and light of Jesus EVERYWHERE I go, and chocolate and peanutbutter. (😜)

I enjoy creating and online art, so if you need someone to create:
-business cards, t-shirts, logos (business merchandise)
-edit your photos and videos
-writing protects & reviews
And other projects, you can visit my profile, or hire me on @Grace T.
Also find me on @Grace Tiberend

I hope you enjoy my blogs of photography tips, photo shoots, stories, how to edit using photo apps —and much more! I can’t wait to share them all with you!

My Life as a Photographer

“Life’s a journey and an adventure, make memories from it.” ~Grace Tiberend Hey reader, welcome to my photography and writting spot! At sixteen years old, I’m a freelance photographer, writer, poet, novelist and dancer (including baton, figure skating and ballet.) I’m so in love with the outdoors, especially the mountains of Alaska, where I currently live when not traveling with a pencil, paper and camera. You can find me playing sports of all kinds; reading avidly in a tree or amongst pillows eating anything that contains PB and chocolate, and the camera forever around my neck. Jesus is my PASSION, more than I’m crazy about history, and He’s the true author of all my writings, as you’ll soon find out! Sharing Christ’s light with the world EVERY SECOND is my life mission! I enjoy creating, so if you need someone to create: -business cards, t-shirts, logos (business merchandise) -edit your photos and videos -writing protects & reviews And other projects, you can visit my profile, or hire me on @Grace T. Also find me on @Grace Tiberend I hope you enjoy my blogs of photography tips, photo shoots, stories, poems with a background, how to edit using photo apps —and much more! I can’t wait to share them all with you! Grace Tiberend 💜

  1. Good luck with your future in photography and I’m sure you’ll manage to carve out a career in it. I like what you are showing so far.

  2. Hey multitasker. You seem like a wonder woman. Yes, it’s very important to carry things with you to capture or scribble down the emotion of this world without missing the moment. Also you’re lucky that you live in Alaska (I only get to see those heavenly peaks in photos). Welcome to the blogging world.

  3. Guess I’m going to have to check out your photography. Living in Alaskan mountains, love outdoors, two Labs. Yup. I have a black Lab myself. They are awesome dogs. Love to swim with her here in Indiana. She weighs 100 pounds and no fat. Thanks for checking my site. Since you love nature and God, I recommend my story about an Amazon sloth named Yinney. There’s been 28 chapters so far. Just scroll back a bit and you can’t help but find it. It has a Christian message about predators or peace lovers. A sloth only poos once every seven days. Did you know that? The actual title to the story is “Yinney the Sloth who needed to Poo”. LOL. I’ll see what you got here. My grandkids call me Grandpa White Feather. I got 10 grandkids and I built a very large Tipi. But that’s all another story. It’s all at the blogsite. I’m looking forward to exploring your pictures and writings.

    1. Hello,
Thank you for checking out my site! I hope you have fun 😁
Wow! That’s a lot of lab!! No fat you say? Wow, just muscle? (Or am I missing a joke here? Lol) My labs, Mocha and Hazel, weigh 50-ish lbs; they love bikejording, rollerblading, swimming in the ocean and all that puppy stuff! Well, Hazel does not like the water….strange…as she is a lab after all. Lol!
Okay cool! How long have you been writting this story? I’ve been working on a Historical-Foction-Novel for about a year now… 200plis pages so far! But then, I’ve only really begun to dig in the past four months, so…
      Are you native?
God bless, have a great day!

      1. Well lets see here. As far as I know I haven’t got a drop of Indian blood in me, but I’ve always enjoyed nature and simple ways. So I ended up building the tipi and connecting with my grandkids. At the same time I’m a teacher of God’s Word and have a small fellowship called: “Fellowship of the White Path”. It’s all about Jesus walked the red path of his own blood so we could walk the white path of his own righteousness. I like to teach through stories too. Hence, Yinney the Sloth who needed to Poo. I’ve done a lot of study of early church fathers, precatholic, like Polycarp, and found that what Jesus started was not much like what we have today. So my fellowship is different. But my dog is all black and I named her Shadow. She’s part German Shepherd, but mostly looks Lab. It may not be all muscle, but she is slim and very solid. She was the last puppy left when I found her, and the owners had named her “Hoss”, because she always ate all the other dogs food! LOL. Now I’m wondering how you get the rollerblades on your dogs feet? Ha! I can picture that. But on a serious note, can you tell me what your story is about? Yinney is mostly short chapters for ease of reading on a blog. Oh, and Shadow does show up in various pictures scattered through my site.

        1. Wow, you love to type! That’s awesome! 😁
Okay, just as your name and the tipi, I was wondering. 🙂 My great-grandma (and other relatives) was full-blooded native, so i’ve Got the Mowhak tribe! Also, I have a native, Mowhak flute. It was really neat as the guy (Christian!) made it, on accident, a child size, and then we called for a flute! I’ve been inside quite a few tipis, they are amazing and beautiful! Do you love in yours or…? I’m sure your grandkids love you very much! Ten you say? That’s how many siblings (including myself) that I have! 😁
Lol, your story gets me every time!! 😂😂 I’m sure God is using you and ‘your’ ministry, you’ll be added to my prayer list for sure!
Polycarp is one of my favorite martyr stories! Yes, and no, for Jesus; so cool what you are doing! Did you mean, like, how the church is different than what Jesus taught?
Shadow? I know mammy a lab named that! She sounds like a HOSS!! Also, like my dogs Hazel, for eating all the food 😂😂
😂😂 oh my, no! I wear the rollerblades and the dogs, in their harnesses, pull us and run! 😂😁 okay, I will def. check out some pics of her!! Sounds extreamly adorable!!
Well, my story is about a lady named Irena Sandler. You can google her and find her story as it is very long.
It’s her life through the eyes of a fiction character, Jasa Blaskowie. It has many characters set in their wwII scene, who all go through many many things, Germans, Nazis, Jews, Poles, Americans, British—them all! Basically, through, Jasa haste learn that hate is never the way to love, it only destroys, and she finds God again. It’s very intense and complicated for me; as I’m writting a difficult time period and events. I.e The Ghetto Uprsing 🙂

          1. You should be able to! I am using the free one, too. It depends on what format you are using to add a page.
I had someone else make my button. The link to them is on my Wonderful Blogs page as well!
