Wiggling free the heap of bones comes to me, on wobbly feet and a rounded, bloated, stomach. I scoop her up in my […]Ina son ku: I love you — The Art of Life
Every photographer, no matter what their main passion is, has at least once tried street photography. March 2nd, was the day I actually first tried this approach. And I have to say, I absolutely LOVED it!! All the emotions, actions, bonds (etc) that you can capture through the lense is just amazing! You hardly think or notice anything else that is going on around you, while you became a real people watcher!
I was a bit hesitant at first, which is only natural. But then, there are cameras everywhere! We live in a time where phones are carried everywhere and the media is like a second world. People all over are constantly being captured on lenses. Besides, if you are at an event, people are going to be more focused on that than who’s videoing or snapping them!
Here are some cute moments I caught:
Much thanks to the CANADIAN military for coming out to keep the tracks well shoveled for us all!
If you would like to know the history of the Iditarod, the routes, fun facts; how the dogs are treated, more pictures, and much more, be sure to check out my other blogs along with videos and links I inserted.
God Bless ya’ll and thank you so much for reading!
Have you ever had light so perfect or a subject so spectacular that you just couldn’t ignore your camera staring at you from the bag? (How did it get out)
Yesterday, I had so many things to do, (shower, write 4-11 pages in my novel, make a video etc..) But when I saw Ashly sitting in the windowsill and the winter light becoming softer; I just couldn’t pass up this moment!
Even though I had a million other things to keep me busy, I paused and captured an amazing moment by just stopping and focusing what was in front of me.
We’ve all heard, and read, those people telling us to put our devises down, slow down, and enjoy the little things in life. Well, it does happen to be true; evidence is in these pictures…
So let’s just slow down sometimes and enjoy what God has put right in front of our eyes – these moments won’t always be here; and you’ll cry later in life when you discover that you missed then. Save your tissues please. 😜
